Ice cream cooling tank is used to cool the temperature of ice cream mix to the ageing temperature (8-10 0C) for further processing inside the ageing tank or directly can be cooled down to 40C if the cooling tank is also used as ageing tank depending on the design process of the ice cream production line.
The cooling tank is very important in processing and keeping the ice cream product fresh without spoilage.

Material : Food Grade Stainless steel 306 or 316.
