Milkaya cheese vat is capable of heating the milk to the required temperature, stirring, and cutting the curd, which saves a lot of time and makes it easy for further processing. It can be used to manufacture soft and semi-soft cheese and also hard and semi-hard cheeses of different kinds such as mozzarella cheese, white cheese, cheddar cheese, gouda cheese, halloumi cheese, ricotta cheese, feta cheese, cottage cheese, etc.
