A Curd Filtering drum or Curd Filtration drum is used to separate curd and whey by rotating a cylindrical drum which filters the curd and whey. The separation of curd and whey happens inside rotating drums which have a spiral system. Curd on the rotation drum is transferred to the vat and whey is collected in a vat under the drum and then transferred to the desired places using centrifugal pumps. The system is mounted with movable wheels which makes it easy to arrange the machine at the desired locations. Motor protection and speed controller are available on the control panel.
